The standard shipping usually takes 15-20 days.

This may be caused by the email sender, or sometimes the email is simply being marked as spam and goes into the junk mail. It will normally take us 1-3 business days to prepare orders for shipping. If you have not received an email about shipping 7 days after the purchase, please contact our Customer Service.

We recommend the following steps to ensure you get the best results out of our products:

• Always use the correct dose (see the instructions on the label to check).

• To get the best results, try to use within 3 months of purchase.

• Store products at room temperature out of direct sunlight.

• As products may thicken naturally over time, storing large amounts is not advised. Try not to buy too many bottles at once in order to avoid this.

We recommend for tough stains to pre-treat with the neat liquid. However, before pre-treatment our advice is to pre-test on a less visible area (e.g. the inside) to ensure color fastness of your garment.

Pre-treatment is optional. We recommend pre-treating for tough stains that are difficult to remove.
