Processing & Delivery Times
• Processing Time:
The processing time of an order usually takes 1-3 business days. This will include quality inspection, packaging, and the necessary paperwork for international orders. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays, and the processing of every order will be determined by time the order is accepted.
• Shipping Time:
Transit time is the time it takes to pick up a parcel from our warehouse and deliver it to your address. Shipping times vary depending on your specific location. It usually takes 15 to 20 days, some areas may take longer.
Please note:
Order processing (quality inspection, packaging, paperwork, etc.) usually
takes 1-3 business days and is not counted in the "transportation time".
All packages have specific tracking information that is sent via email.
All orders are processed and delivered on standard workdays, Monday to Friday, orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Update order delivery
• Before Shipment:
If you want to change the address before the product is sent, you can contact us in the email, we know the information of your order update, and we will deliver the goods to you according to the accurate address. If you don't want the product or want to change to another product before sending it, you can contact us and we will cancel the order for you.
• After Shipment:
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the products once they arrive for a refund.

When we ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order. The email will contain the shipment details and your tracking number. You can check the tracking number near the bottom of the email. The express companies we cooperate with and commonly used are UPS, DHL, DPD, SF Express, J&T Express. We do not support the designated courier company.
Parcels Delaying & Lost
If you do not receive the item within the estimated shipping time, please track and confirm the parcel status on https://www.17track.net/en. If the status of the tracking information is incorrect, please contact us for details. When we confirm that the parcel is lost, we will either ship it again or refund you.
Sometimes the tracking information may be incorrect, and the parcel is marked as delivered before it arrives, which indicates that our parcels will most likely be delivered within a few days, however, meanwhile you can also check with the post office or logistics company for more information.
Customs fees
All international orders are subject to the payment of customs duties set by the importing country. Customs duties are determined by the country where the order is being imported based on the value of the product. All orders shipped to your country now include duties and taxes at checkout! The delivery service will include taxes and duties, and you will not be charged again.
