Return Policy
Cancel the order
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If you cancel the order, you will get a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order.
Return & Exchange conditions
You can return most items for a refund within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. However, you need to pay the return delivery fee.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:
·Clearance items
·Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “2 for $100” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
·Items you have already used
·Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, you can contact email, and we will afford the delivery fee. We’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
If you want to replace the items, please re-purchase after returning them.
Return form
When you contact us for a refund, we will provide you with the warehouse address where you can send it back.
If the item is damaged or defective, you can send it back yourself and we will refund the shipping cost.
Refund
ELIGIBILITY: Refunds are available if the returned merchandise is new, unused, and contains all components. If the item is used or not new, a restocking fee may be charged, or a refund may not be allowed depending on the condition of the item.
PROCESSING TIME: Refunds are processed within 3 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
REFUND METHOD: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If You Haven't Received Your Refund:
1. Double-check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us through our Contact Us page.
